GMB assisted the Eastern Shore Regional Library with the tenant fit-out of a single-story 5,400 square foot office space located within the Tri-County Office Building, in Salisbury, Maryland. The project involved consolidating two existing office spaces into one space containing offices, a multi-purpose class/conference room, flexible workspace, kitchenette, storage, and server room.
GMB’s services included verification of the existing conditions, inputting data into CAD format, preparing code evaluations and verifying regulatory compliance, preparation of schematic floor plan options and cost estimates using industry standards, and final design services.
The Eastern Shore Regional Library, Inc. is a state-funded non-profit with the goal of providing resources and support for the eight county library systems on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
