GMB Expands Surveying Services

In a recent merger, GMB welcomed Steven M. Adkins Land Surveying, LLC of Laurel, Delaware. Steven M. Adkins, RLS is a registered licensed surveyor in the State of Delaware with over 24 years of industry experience. Adkins, now leading GMB’s Survey Group, is a longtime partner to GMB.
Adkins brings a highly trained crew and advanced land surveying equipment to GMB, including conventional total stations, robotics, and GPS. The integration of these personnel and equipment with GMB’s existing surveying operation offers a broad range of in-house services, including photogrammetry/aerial control surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, hydrographic surveys, construction stakeout, and flood elevation certificates.
GMB’s Survey Group collaborates with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly using the most accurate, detailed, and up-to-date land characteristics available.
