GMB was contracted by Bob Breeding General Contractors, LLC for architectural and structural design of a 10,500 square foot office building located at the Delaware Department of Transportation’s North District complex. The building includes open-office cubicle space, a break room, toilets, offices, conference room, and support spaces. The single-story pre-engineered metal building is designed as an essential facility. GMB’s services included design development, final permit drawings, structural foundation design, bidding assistance, and construction phase services.
